Color Wheel: Bronze

Ah, the color bronze. It's close to copper, yet less shiny, with some brown undertones. Fits right in to an elegant color palette with some white or off white. It could also be used for some industrial feel. Consider going with the versatile color bronze for your interior!

Tuesday Tunes: Wilco - Impossible Germany

Jeff Tweedy has been in the music biz for years. His band, Wilco, blends some great smooth rock and indie sounds with occasional bits of experimental awesomeness. Plus, they have one of the greatest guitar players of all time: Nels Cline. Check out the song below off of their Sky Blue Sky album. The reason why it's a live version is because it showcases how well the band plays together. That, and Nels' incredible guitar playing.

Style Spotlight: Pop Art

Pop art is an art movement that emerged in the mid 1950s in Britain, and moved to the US in the late 50s. Of course, most people recognize Andy Warhol's work as being the prime example of pop art. There were many artists that helped develop and cement the style back in the day. Below, we have examples of some art itself, along with some decor you might find in a pop art style interior, like the Knoll Tulip armless chair.

Color Wheel: Neon

If you like colors that are bright and vivid, neon is the way to go. They can make anything stand out. They basically scream, "Look at me!".

Color Wheel: Copper

Go for a classy feel with a copper color scheme! It can be a deep and rich, yet vibrant color. The sheen from an object made from copper has some energetic qualities that can't be denied. You could choose some natural colors, like beige and white that go quite well with copper. Even silver can create an interesting flavor. So, consider some copper!

Color Wheel: Burgundy

The color burgundy is the same shade as the wine by the same name. The color is said to display a sense of control and power, as it is a toned-down, darker version of true red. It also hints at sophistication. So if you want to seem sophisticated, calm and collect, try adding the color burgundy to your interior theme!

Tuesday Tunes: Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds

He may be best known for penning the song "Wonderwall", and playing lead guitar in the band Oasis, but Noel Gallagher has had a pretty great solo career since the disbandment of Oasis in 2009. Just listen to and watch the video for the song "Riverman". While you'll be missing Liam's signature vocal stylings of Oasis, Noel can carry a note with the best of them. Be sure and check out Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds' latest album, Chasing Yesterday.
